EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
Please note that the following items from Vaughan Pool Supplies are considered FINAL SALE
and will not be eligible for a refund:
● Custom Products (examples: Custom liners/Custom safety cover/Custom spa
cover/Inground pool kit(s).
● All Chemicals ,these items will not be eligible for a return or refund.
● Any opened products that have come into contact with water.
● Electronics are non-refundable, please see manufacturer warranty.
● Any installed equipment is not eligible for a return or refund.
Other Terms and Conditions
● Vaughan Pool Supplies reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain
items
● Shipping charges are not included in the refund amount, for those who wish to mail in
their returns.
● Once a custom item has begun production, we cannot cancel/refund the order.

Here’s how to do it
Pack the unused item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and
accessories to ensure your refund/store credit.
Please note any items that have been in contact with water will not be eligible for a return.
● Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box and attach the return label accordingly.
(Please do not attach the return label to the outside of the product packaging, products will need
to be placed in a separate box for shipment)

Your Vaughan Pool Supplies e-Receipt (either the printed copy or mobile device display will work)
● The unused item in its original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories included
inside (Friendly reminder: products that have been in contact with water are not eligible for
return).
● Photo ID that matches to the ship to/Bill to address
